This is a small shop in Crickety is filled with al sorts of mechanical contraptions, most of which seem to be clocks. Certain this is not because the hourplates seem to be strangely fashioned and the systems differ from one another. Some of the other objects are three-dimensional and seem to be about keeping track of the stars. Or something.
The clockmaker, Rey, is an old and experienced man who is assisted by his teenage learner, Lester. Rey is a quiet man with a permanent half-closed right eye from wearing his magnifying glass. He has an intens stare, as if he can look at the inner components of your soul the way his does with clocks. Lester is young and eager and lacks the patience a clockmaker should posses. Perhaps he will never make it to full mastership.
